this collection of poetry explores topics around trauma and mental illness. i advise you not to read this if you are not in a stable headspace. 

the writing in this collection contains references to depression, anxiety, bpd, psychosis, suicide, childhood trauma, religious trauma, sexual trauma, physical and emotional abuse, and addiction.

not all of the writing in this collection is inherently negative, but a majority of it is very dark.
